Starting with this question as It seems easier to answer.

Basically, I am Maharastriyan, born and brought up in Gujarat (so enjoying best of both Gujarati and Maharashtrian culture). I used to work as a Microbiologist in a Pharmaceutical company. Now I am preparing for competitive exams(also have some other plans). I live in Gandhinagar, one of the most peaceful cities in India :)

some of the meanings I found out after googling-

Night/midnight, the dark, occurring, appearing, or seen at night, active at night. no wonder why I end up doing night shifts at work. I hated the night shifts :(

The name was given by our family friend and 'Aatya' (aunt) who happened to be a teacher and she found out this name from her school register.

I have just discovered a book named નિશીથ (Nishith) by a Gujarati author નિશીથ (Nishith) by ઉમાશંકર જોશી (Umashankar Joshi) while I was looking for the meaning of my name.
^-^

Oh! I forgot to mention one thing. I am an introvert too. I don't like the social gathering that much (I am talking about marriages in particular). The areas crowded with people creep me out.

5 hobbies??? I am having difficulties naming even one hobby and you have asked for 5. I don't have that many hobbies.

mmmm...I don't know whether it should be counted as a hobby or not but I like to read wikipedia page of movies(Plot, reviews and stuff). So, I can say that 'wikipediaing' is my hobby. ^-^

Other than this.....I like to watch animations.

Now list of hobbies I would like to have .....
1)cooking
2)latin dance ( seems fun when I saw on TV so maybe it came from there)
3)learning some foreign languages (If I get a chance I would like to learn Italian. It sounds so romantic ...lol. I don't know Why I am so obsessed with Italy. I think I should stop watching FoxLife channel too much.)

Horus Ditsa wrote: "Q7. Who is the inspiration of your life?

Q8. Why do you like reading books? I mean, why books appeal you? ( There must be some reason why you enjoy a good book)"

Answer to question 8

When I was in school I always liked to read Gujarati textbooks. It never ceased to amaze me. It introduced me to a new world. Then one day I came across a book named "Great expectations". as my cousin happened to be studying arts and They have that book in their syllabus. I picked it up out of just curiosity. read one page and didn't now how I read that book in just one sitting provided that my English was not that good and I didn't understand half of the words. I felt so content after reading that book.

reading books serve as the stress buster for me and make me happy. I am kind of a person who doesn't like monotony and no other things can beat books when it comes to diversity. There are plenty of genre to choose from. Through books, I can learn about different cultures and places. I like to know about stories of different people and by doing so I can have a break from my boring monotonous life.

See that's why I avoid writing reviews as I can't express myself. I hope the following lines will make it clear what I want to say. It's from the movie Inkheart

Elinor Loredan: But I just adore everything Persian.

Meggie Folchart: You've been to Persia, then?

Elinor Loredan: Yes, a hundred times. Along with St. Petersburg, Paris, Middle-Earth, distant planets and Shangri-la. And I never had to leave this room. Books are adventure. They contain murder and mayhem and passion. They love anyone who opens them.

Do you read it before/after/while watching the movie?
Just curious because I do that a lot. After every movie, I have a habit of Wiking the info related to directors and their frame of mind while making the film and related movie "stuff"... followed by the movie's IMDB page and discussion boards.

So high 5 on movie wikieing there!

Sure Martin!!
It's just like fun game to know each other. Each time a member is selected for interrogation. Then other members post their questions for the selected member, and he/she answers them. Any question, except very personal ones, could be asked, but if the selected member is not willing to answer, he may skip it.
You can read previous question-answers to have a better idea.
After Ditsa, we can go with you, if it's okay with you :)
