Hello lovelies! Here are the questions for Chapters 4 and 5 of Fringe Hours:
1. What gets in the way of you taking care of yourself? What is the impact of that on your students? family? etc.
2. Where in your week do you think there is some untapped time that you could reclaim to do something for yourself?
3. What self-imposed expectation do you need to let go of in order to make yourself a bigger priority?
4. What are some of the things you uncovered that you can do to care for yourself? (Listing them may help give others some ideas!)
5. What does a "life-well-created" mean to you?
