I'd like to recommend my contemporary Young Adult debut novel, CALMER GIRLS, published in 2016. This is the first in a two-book series, with the sequel, Calmer Secrets, to be released this March. So far, the reviews have been extremely positive, and I am getting great feedback from readers who are looking forward to see what happens to the characters in the sequel.

The story is set in the early 1990's in Newfoundland, Canada. Sixteen-year-old Samantha Cross is introverted, highly sensitive, and is falling in love for the first time. The biggest problem? The guy she's falling for is her older sister’s boyfriend, Ben Swift.
