Colonizing an island! (more like destroying it since its probally going te be in a Fairy Tail way XD)

She accepted it back, face red. "Thank you... I was just too clumsy, I suppose. My bad..." Mirajane took the wood back. "I can carry it all, you know."

"Its not your fault Mira. I understand you....", Jenares said still blushing. Pausing for a moment he then continued: "A-are you sure?"

"Its not your fault Mira. I understand you....", Jenares said still blushing. Pausing for a moment he then continued: "A-are you sure?", not doubting her strenght, but making sure she is all right and not too upset.

"Yeah," she said, "I just used one of my hands on my hair like a fool," she pointed out, "I lost my balance, not my strength," she smiled, offering her arms for him to pass her the logs.

"All right then!", he smiled, giving the wood to her and walking together to deliver it.

Mirajane grinned and walked forwards with him, trying not to drop the logs at all. She was really enjoying this!

Mira worked hard, sweating. She felt way too hot! "Let's get some water, she asked, breathing hard.

"Right!", Jenares said, being a bit exhausted from the great heat. It was warm after all and you could see the sweat falling off from the workers. Getting some cold water, he gave some to her. "Here!", he smiled.

She sighed in relief, drinking deeply. "Thank you, You're a lifesaver, Jenares," she smiled happily, glugging.

Blushing he said: "Thanks Mira. We both earned it!", drinking the delicious water as well.

She wiped at her lips. Wow, it all got really close to finished in the past few minutes. Wow.

After a few minutes, the manager came and speaking to all the workers he said: "All right everyone! That is enough for today! You all have done great work!"

Walking over to Mirajane and Jenares he said: "Thank you so much for your help! We could use more people like you these days! We will send you the reward when you are back in the guild! Again, thanks a lot!"

"Wait, isn't this job to help you bring up stone walls and hunt and be part of your society for a good while?" She seemed a little droopy. Only one day's work?

"Wait, you want to work here longer? If so, then we are really glad to appreciate your help! You can stay in the hotel on our own costs and we will call you when two have to go back to work!", the manager said.

"I mean, I thought... it wasn't just labor. I thought it was being part of your community," she sighed sadly. "That's all right, though, if it was just for the wall..."

"I'm really sorry madam, but to be part of our community, you have to sign a contract for atleast 3 months and since you are mages, I dont expect you to be around here for so long. But dont worry! Tomorrow is another great day and if you do well, we even let you talk with us about our future plans here!"

Mirajane sighed. "That's all right, I suppose," she sighed, shaking her head. "We can head home now," she amended. "I just thought it would take longer than just one day." Mira did seem disappointed.

"I'm so sorry if our job request was not clear about that. Next time, we will try to post a request which states how long the job takes", the manager said, feeling guilty that he disappointed them.

Mira smiled cheerily, masking her disappointment. "No, that's all right. Thank you for the work!"

He nodded. "Dont worry, We will soon organize loads of projects. We will surely inform your guild by then!"

"Thank you," she said shortly, seemingly rather disappointed. "I'll take you up on that offer again... maybe."

The manager nodded and Jenares puts an arm on Mira's shoulder to comfort her, but just before the manager wanted to say goodbye, he suddenly heard someone screaming: "We are under attack!!!", seeing people running and hearing a lot of explotions!

Mira's face lightened, which was strange and grim. She darted off, immediately changing into her terrifying form, the Satan Soul. She leaped over the wall.

Jenares followed her, having his sword in his hand and near the wall, he saw a group of dark mages attacking people around. Seeing a woman with black hair guiding the group, he heard the manager screaming in pain as he got slammed by her to the ground.

Mirajane raced forward, leaping and ramming her knee directly into the woman's chest. "Get away from these people!" she shouted, seeming very angry.

As Mira rammed her knee hard into her chest, she groaned a bit, pulled her self back, making some distance while her mages were taking fight positions.

Jenares stood next to Mira and pointed his sword at her and the dark mages and suddenly the woman smiled a bit and said:

"Well well! Who do we have here?" crossing her fingers through her hair while staring at the two. "Getting away from these people huh? You are very to brave to interfere with other people's affairs. I know who you are and I've heard of you Mirajane, but I want you to realize though were you are getting into if you do one other attack. The same thing counts for your partner! Put your sword away!"

Mira snarled, lowering her chin. "Who are you to destroy these peoples' livelihoods and lives?" She didn't seem to pay attention to the call for inaction, instead bristling, as if on the verge of an attack.
