OOC:

1. Do not use the Lord's name in vain.
2. Minor cursing is allowed, but don't overdo it.
3. No using the "F" word. And no sassing me with the usual, "So I can't say Fudge?"
4. Treat others the way you would like to be treated.
5. Mods have final say.
6. Be active.

Character Creation:

1. No using the Lord's name in vain.
2. Mild cursing is allowed, but don't overdo it.
3. When mods are checking your character, they have final say.
4. Request to create a tribute from a district before you make the character.
5. After you request, you have four days to make the character before it is taken away.

The Hunger Games Rules:

1. No making your character overly powerful. You can't do this:

Adriana: She threw a knife at a passing tribute.
Matthew: He suddenly felt a knife coming towards him at full speed and dodged it using his pure skill.

or

Cory: She started to sword fight with Rory.
Rory: He countered her attack.
Cory: She used her pure skill and knocked the sword out of his hand.

Your character is not invincible so...

2. No powerplaying. You can't do this:

Will: She attacked Amanda and knocked her to the ground. He then took out a knife and killed her.

Will didn't even give the other person a chance to respond! Not fair!

3. You must post when you are required to. So if you get a week to post your character's reaping story, I should see a reaping story.

4. Don't overuse the volunteer deal. Two or three people only.

5. There are only a few slots open for each district to create a character, once they're full, they're full. You must post in the arena (at a minimum) every two days. Of you do not, a mod gains control of him/her and they kill him/her off. Sorry.
