At a recent conference, one wanna be coach asked me which book would you refer to me, for getting solid with my subject matter expertise about Lean and Agile ?

My answer - without doubt, Scaling Lean & Agile Development by Craig Larman and Bas Vodde

they've beautifully described complex topics with ease while quoting key ideas from many relevant books.

Are you a Scrum Master / Agile coach ? If you haven't yet, read this book and let me know your thoughts!
