New user trying to create and author page and claim a book attributed to someone else

So I'm new to this game and after going through the FAQ I can't find a way to make it work so I figured I'd message here.

I'm an author that is new to Good Reads. When I went to add my new book and create an author page I was pretty shocked to see it had already been added by someone else and attributed to a different Ryan Fisher. That listing is here:

Is there anyway I can get a hand in both creating an author page and claiming my book please?
