Nik Krasno | 19869 comments We can dedicate this thread to an inventory of GR (and/or other sites) groups and/or folders, where an author can present his/her work to group members.

M.L. Hi Nik, do you want the group link? Lots of groups have that option as long as authors stay in the designated place.

Quantum (quantumkatana) we could do the path and the direct link:

The Sword and Laser > Author Promo (Share Your Stuff!)

https://www.goodreads.com/topic/group...

we might consider having a "Resources" category (i've seen that in the SIA group) and have a mod/other-poor-soul keep updating the one topic.

Sure, I think we can make them available right here for everybody's convenience. Should save time, search efforts and introduce maybe previously unknown genre groups

Ian Miller | 1857 comments It is always good to have resources listed. Saving time is a noble thing to do.

EDIT: Oh, for goodness sake!!! These are all groups that connect authors with readers looking to review. OMG! I'm an idiot. I could've sworn I was talking to Miss Tara about this...ugh...or I'm just crazy...

I'll leave it up for an hour or whatevs in case anyone finds them useful. Then shall delete. Ooops!

EDIT #2: Okay, boss man. It stays XD

Nik Krasno | 19869 comments Hey Annie,

Thanks for bringing these. Search for reviewers is a sub-genre of search for the readers in general, so I'm sure the links you've brought are equally helpful.
Thanks and no need to delete anything -:)

M.L. This is for the Mystery, Crime, and Thriller group - pretty big group, about 14K members. It's one long thread. It's a really active group, 2 monthly reads.

I'll add more...

M.L. Sci Fi and Fantasy Book Club - author section is at the bottom. Another big active club. Authors add individual threads. Be sure and read the OP post to authors. They are strict :-)

For these reader clubs, it's also good to join and if possible contribute. It just looks better than dropping in and posting a book and that is the only post.

M.L. This is for A Good Thriller https://www.goodreads.com/group/show/...
The SF and Crime groups above are geared to trade books but AGT does a lot (maybe most) indies.
