Does anyone fancy The Hunger Games at any point? It's been years since I read them so I'm thinking of giving the audiobooks a go.

I have recently read the first book in the series and was planning to read the two sequels. If you decide to reread the series then I will join you for ‘Catching Fire’ and ‘Mockingjay’.

@Aakash I'm reading The Hunger Games this week so how about Monday 10th June for Catching Fire and Monday 24th June for Mockingjay? I'm going to do these on audio so I can slip them in between other reads.

      The Sword of Kaigen
Finished this morning. The book of the year especially if you like things such as Inda, An Autumn War, The Poppy War and other semi-dark to dark Asian fantasy. Better than any of the three I listed above and that's high praise.

Hear hear!
I'd like to read The Sword of Kaigen in the first week of July. Or anytime in July if the first week is not ok with you.

It's amazing. Please guys, join on this one. You won't regret it. By far the best standalone book I've ever read in my life!

I'm interested but I don't know if I can manage in July...would end of August be too late for you? 'Cause that's when I would certainly have enough time.

My favorite standalone was Children of Time
but he turned that into a series with a mediocre second book. I like CoT a lot more than you did. Although completely different I would have a hard time choosing between the two.
