Excellent!

Or perhaps Flesh and Spirit in the third week of June?

Also up for Transformation."

Yeah sure, I think I can manage that.

It's actually the BotM in the Flights of Fantasy group I'm in for June.

I might be able to do this at the end of July If I can get my hands on a cheap copy.

I've planned to read this soon anyway, but I need to finish it till July 19th, because I lend the copy... Would that work?

Oh, your comment wasn't there as I started typing... I guess it won't work then 🙈

Actually, excluding the first week of July, I'm free to start whatever date we agree on!

Would you be able to join if we started, say, July 10th instead?

Ok, I'll let you know how this one goes and if I decide to move to the second...:)

Fab!

Alright!
Sir Anni is July 10th ok?

Should work for me, yes :)

I suppose I should give that a go at some point... YA thread?

I've had those on my TBR for awhile.
When were you wanting to start?

A small group of us is doing a BR for Rai-Kirah Transformation and The Lighthouse series Flesh and Spirit by Carol Berg starting this month. In case anyone wants to join us, we'd be happy to have you! :D
We also have a Q&A with Carol Berg set up so do drop by if you want to chat with her.
Here's the link:

I'm actually currently reading that one! Maybe you're up for starting right away? I'm only on page 60 so far.

No unfortunately. I hope you're enjoying it so far!
The Sword of Kaigen
Finished this morning. The book of the year especially if you like things such as Inda, An Autumn War, The Poppy War and other semi-dark to dark Asian fantasy. Better than any of the three I listed above and that's high praise.

It's amazing. Please guys, join on this one. You won't regret it. By far the best standalone book I've ever read in my life!

I'm interested but I don't know if I can manage in July...would end of August be too late for you? 'Cause that's when I would certainly have enough time.

My favorite standalone was Children of Time
but he turned that into a series with a mediocre second book. I like CoT a lot more than you did. Although completely different I would have a hard time choosing between the two.

I could do August. July is already a bit full for me.

I'd read Ace of Shades."
Great! How about 1st July?
