Fab, how about December 20th to give people who want to read Nevernight time to catch up?

I'd be up for it!"
how about early Jan, around 6 or 7?

I have a read starting around 8th, so the earlier the better, truthfully - would 4th or 5th be okay?

even better! Okay, I'll ask for a thread. Thanks!

That's fine for me. I've requested the book in the library. It will be back around 5th November, so that's ideal.

I'd like to join, but can we start earlier, like Jan 1st? I've got another book read on Jan 5th.

Cool. Thread request sent.

I’m about a third of the way through The Eye of the World if anyone is itching to read the Wheel of Time series. I’d love to read along with some other people.

I requested it from my library so will join you if they pick it up.

I'm in too. I just put it on hold at the library. Whenever it arrives I'm first in line.

I'm fine with holding off until December - let's say the 5th? (we can request it be added once we decide on a date) Was thinking of doing it history by history - this way if anyone gets it late, they can still catch up and jump in! Don't know how long each chapter is of course, but thinking 1 or 2 a week?

Ok, I'll just ask for December 5th regardless then and cross my fingers and toes for quick delivery to Jakarta on your behalf! Laura/Ben does that work for you? I know the library and the hold system is a mysterious thing indeed :)

Is this one supposed to be a standalone or does it have a part 2? Because if it ends in the same blasted way the last book from ASOIAF did and then I have to wait years for the sequel I'd rather not read it at all.

Right - Part II will continue rest of series spoilers, so I suspect it won't be released until after the series is done (or at least after the Winds of Winter..whenever that drops from the sky.)

Oh, I almost forgot this is coming out soon!
I'm not sure if I'll manage to join in December, though.

I'm fine if a lot of people want to move it into 2019 even. Gives me an excuse to cancel my pre-order and put it on amazon wish list as a possible xmas or chanukah gift ;)
Not as if this is Winds of Winter which like as I did with Dance, will take off from work the day it comes out and take over a spot at a coffee shop for the day ;)
I forgot this was coming out too. I might wait and see what you guys think of it after reading it as to whether I'll go ahead and read the book any time soon.

I'd love to finally read some Janny Wurts with you, Laura!

I can read two books per month or one book it doesn't have to be right away all the books.

I'm in for Black Dagger Brotherhood and 2 books a month sounds good. It is a big series and once I start it, I'd like to finish it in one year. Besides, they should be pretty easy reads to not pose a problem even if taken more than 1 a month. :)

I do !

Me!!

I do ! ; Me!!"
Excellent! I just threw out sometime in 2019 to play things safe. What month works for you both for Archenemies?

The Morgaine Saga by C J Cherryh and the sequel, Exile's Gate (everyone should read something by this lady at least once; she is awesome.)
The Winter of the World series by Michael Scott Rohan; 7 books in total, starting with The Anvil of Ice
The Golden Key.
I'm also planning a Forgotten Realms read next year, so if anyone wants to read any FR books, let me know - I don't have all of them (does anyone?) but I have quite a few!

I'd be delighted to join you :)
Can't do before February though, 'cause I already over-scheduled January... *sigh*

February is fine (I already have three reads scheduled for January, so I do understand :D). Is there any particular date that month you'd prefer?

I'm up for Skyward as well. Though it may conflict with the Wrath buddy reach which starts on the 5th.
