Yes, I could do that.

Super, I'll request it for the 19th if that's okay.

I am in for Godsgrave!!
Anyone interested in reading (re-reading) the first two books of the Legends of the First Empire by Michael J. Sullivan, and book three once it is out? Specifically,
Age of Myth, Age of Swords and Age of War (the publication of the last one is expected by April 17).
I was thinking to read the books with about 1 month break between each book - yes, it means February 17 but if there is enough interest, we might start at the beginning of the months (March 1, April 1, May 1).

Age of War has been delayed. July 3rd is the new release date. Michael explains the reasons for this on his 'review' of the book.
But I'm in for the first two!

I'd actually like it better if we could do April, June and July. My May is fully packed, and I'm planning some traveling (in Spain YAY) as well. Since it'll be my first reading of the series, I don't want to rush through it :) Would that be OK with you?
No particular preference on the starting date, so whatever suits your schedule ;)
I'm in for a reread of Age of Myth and Age of Swords! Any time in May should be fine for me, if that's when you guys are planning to start.
Cool! What about a compromise on the starting date (April 15) for Age of Myth and then June 1 for Age of Swords?
If so, I will ask to add it to the reading list (or do we need more participants to make it a read in FBR group?)!

Perfect! And nope, you only need two participants (including yourself) for a buddy read :)
Charlie wrote: "Does anyone fancy Sea of Shadows? I'm thinking May/June/July time since I'm booked up until then."I do! Mid to late July would be best for me, as I'm pretty heavily booked. But if you want to schedule earlier I'll try my best to fit it in.

There is already a thread for Age of War. A bunch of us were planning on reading it right away in April, but I'm not sure how many people will get to it right away now in July.
I know I plan to!

Oh, I didn't notice that thread, thanks. I'll probably do the same if I like the first two enough. Which I'm sure I will because Michael Sullivan.

I enjoyed these reads. They're good books, I'm on the third right now.

I've read the first two but it's been awhile so I wouldn't mind a reread

If enough people are interested, yes, I'm hoping to do all five.
Anyone up for Enchanted Forest Chronicles by Patricia C Wrede and Dragon Slippers by Jessica Day George with me?
idiffer wrote: "@Manjuin for slippers. only sometime after march please."
April? one book per week as they are small, less than 300 pages.
Hello everyone!I've never done a buddy read before but have always been rather keen to try!
Some of the books I've been wanting to read next are the following:
Oooor a Diana Wynne Jones:
I had no particular date or reading time in mind - as I said, I'm new to this and fairly unfamiliar. Would be great to find someone to get started with!
Hey guys, is there anyone other who wants to read or re-read 'Black angel white demon: singed by darkness' with me? Have lots of emotions and ideas to share with same crazy fans like me (lol)!
Is anyone interested in reading or rereading Laini Taylors trilogy 'Daughter of Smoke and Bone'? https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...
After the March FBR Book Club read of The Red Knight by Miles Cameron, would anybody be interested in continuing the series (The Traitor Son Cycle)?
