Requested The Last Stand of Mary Good Crow for February 10th... I think there's a lull around then in my schedule / all the scheduled Buddy Reads?... I'll revisit this thread, when audio release for The Battle of Medicine Rocks is known...

Great, I'll ask for a thread then.

Dittoing Brian re: Pariah. Not sure if I can squeeze in, but I really want to. :)

Let us know when you do! Maybe you and EchoBaz'll be reading #2 circa same time then we can all plunge into #3. :)

Unbound
Dorothy Must Die
Oath of Fealty
A Darkness Forged in Fire
Forging Divinity
Attrition: the First Act of Penance
Darkhaven
Broken Blade
Traitor's Blade
Malice
Nevernight
The Eyes of the Dragon
Retribution Falls

I am also interested in Broken Blade but would join in at #3 of The Greatcoats (Traitor's Blade)

I've got Unbound, Oath of Fealty, and Traitor's Blade on my TBR... I'm also massively overbooked, so I don't know that I can commit but would be willing to try and squeeze in if you find some other folks to BR with...

I have [book:Nevernight, A Darkness Forged in Fire and Broken Blade on my shelves so would be happy to read any of those.

Latter half of the year is more open for me than the early months at this point, but I'm game to try to squeeze things in wherever... I just don't want to be the only other person holding up half of the BR and then ending up disappointing you...

Mood.
Joiner-inners unite!
I feel the same way about Retribution Falls. It's on my TBR, but not highest-priority where I feel like I can commit. However if others are reading it I'd try to join in.

Ohh! I'm interested in Unbound, Darkhaven, and Nevernight! Let me know :D

Maybe June for Unbound?
I'm good pretty much any time anyone wants to read these, so if certain times work better for someone let me know.

February sounds fine to me.

Darkness Forged in Fire: March 1st
Broken Blade: April 1st
Darkness isn't a long book so we can move up Broken Blade a week or two if you'd like?
Unbound: May 1st

Would it be at all possible to move those a bit more forward in the month, maybe on 10ths? Just thinking that there's like 5 monthly recurring BRs or more on 1sts already... but then, I am not a solid "yes" so I bow to others' convenience!

For Oath of Fealty and Traitor's Blade want to do maybe July/August?

I really want to try and join in on everything! They all look really interesting. So far I'm doing pretty well keeping up with the BRs, but I'm not sure if that will still be true throughout the year--especially since my vacation ends tomorrow! >.<
July/August should be able to fit in, maybe around 8th or 15th? Though I'm curious about the Oath books--I did a little poking, and they're supposedly a follow-up to the Paksenarrion books, and I haven't read those yet... should I try to get up to date first? I picked up all the Paladin's Legacy books at a book sale without looking into it further...

I'm game! :)

Sure am... I'm setting it up as the New Release Book of the Month, in another group... should be out next week I think... but ebook only, so I'll probably be slow...

Yes, can't wait!

I'm interested, and could try for next week. :) I'm making good progress on BRs so far... fingers crossed that stays same.

Just tell your students it's nap time... I don't care how old they are ;)

Ok, I'll put a request in for the 16th, tho I might start it a little sooner. Just pop in when you're ready. :)

Tehehe. 16th sounds good! Looking forward to it. ^_^

Hah! They would love that. But nooo... it would ruin my reputation as the evil strict teacher that gives homework everyday and never lets them rest...

Charlie and I are going to read it across the month with a schedule of about 20 pages a day.

I would love to start Legends & Lattes, and I am flagging somewhat half-way through my Audible version of Babel. Count me in! Not sure how buddy reads work as it is my first time doing something like that.

@Charlie, you ok to start Legends & Lattes in the next day or so? :)

Fab, I'll request us all a thread so others can see it and join in too if they want to!

Yeah pretty much!! I've requested thread for asap :)
Would be great to have you join us :D

Hey guys, just thought I'd pop in with an announcement...
Some people have started making BR Form Requests by formatting their book title as:
BOOK NAME (SERIES #X)
...and I think this looks great for recordkeeping, and the Master Buddy Read Spreadsheet...
If, in the future, everyone could start doing it that way, it would make the spreadsheet much more clear about what's easily joinable and what isn't, if you haven't started a long series (without having to click alot of links)...
Example:

If you forget, that's fine, and don't double submit, that'll just cause new issues with the sheet... this is just an improvement that's easy to do, when you remember (I've forgotten a few times with new releases, when making requests, but been pretty good about doing it when requesting threads for multiple books in the same series, all at once)...
