Shorefall (sequel to Foundryside) releases next Tuesday... who's ready?

Been looking forward to this for months... the delay from February hurt...

Doesn't seem to be... this was me making a last minute invite for anyone interested... we BR'd Foundryside last year, and I think it's been done a couple more times, but nobody responded when this was in my big list of 2020 releases during the holidays, last year...

Would April 30 or May 1 be good for you? (I'm really flexible on the starting date, to be honest.)

Me!! This sounds like a fun read. I'm a sucker for the bunch of misfits forced to work together to save the world trope. I've ordered the paperback and it should be with me around Monday or Tuesday

message 5446: by Sterling (new)

Sterling (sterling1989) | 272 comments I'm down to join in on Cruel Stars, it sounds exciting, though that's likely in part due to a nostalgia kick from the BSG reference. I have The Final Empire starting on May first, judging from how quickly I tend to absorb Sanderson that shouldn't take me long.

Cruel Stars: awesome! I’ll get a thread ready. Would Thursday the 7th work okay? BSG is probably my favorite scifi show, so with that comparison hopefully the book lives up to expectation. Tammy, I’ll plan on a BR if it’s appealing enough to continue. :)

7th is fine by me. My copy should have arrived a fews days beforehand but if there is a delay (not completely out of the question with Amazon deliveries at the moment) I'll just start whenever it arrives.
