Combination needed

These two are the physical and digital editions of the same book, need to be combined:

However, they are also the 10-year updated editions of this one:

The subtitle is slightly changed (the two above have "A Creation Model Approach to the Origin of Humanity" rather than "...to the Origin of Man"), and being an updated edition, their content is of course updated. Do they remain separate, or should they both be combined with this one as well?

combined 1st & 2nd book, but not the 3rd...
the page number differ significantly (2005 hardcover edition has only 299 pages, while 2015 paperback edition has 469 pages)
