I have a print copy and the last page is 238 not 248*. isbn (print) is 978-0-7864-9831-4 / isbn (ebook ...according to the info page of the print copy) is 1-4766-2544-7.

*Note: my page count doesn't include roman numeral'd pages, title pages, contents pages, dedication pages, blank pages at the end, etc. If you counted them, there would be indeed 248 pages.

We do not include roman numeral pages at the beginning or blank pages so you should be good now.
