Moderator Application♚

Hello everyone!! Welcome to the moderator application thread :) If you've read the announcements, you would have known I am choosing a new moderator for the group and to be honest, I'm quite nervous myself X) But okay, anyway, before you sign up to be a moderator, to read the basic guidelines below and ensure that you're able to meet the requirements! It doesn't matter if it's your first time attempting to mod a group, or whether it's your 10000th time, because as long as you have the abilities, you are automatically available as a candidate!

What does a moderator in this group do?
- He/She moderates the behaviour of the group, first by setting an example to model the way.
- He/She is able to be flexible and not be what I like to call 'inflexible and straight-minded' person. {for example, if one person requests for a new kind of character but it's not on the list, try to accommodate to their request!}
- He/She can ensure roleplayers/group members adhere to the rules and take action when necessary
- He/She is aware of what is happening in the group and adds new threads if needed
- He/She should be able to make everyone feel as welcome as possible
- He/She can, and most importantly, and MUST-HAVE
FUNNNN!! :D

Try to be as truthful as possible, and answer them in any manner you want, and remember; be YOURSELF!!
I will close this application once a maximum of three people have signed up for it, and will pick from one of the three! If there's only one applicant by the time school starts from me, then he/she will automatically be the new moderator!
I will personal message you to tell you whether you're chosen or not and the reason too, so that you know about my decision!

Why do you want to be a moderator?
I like to help people with questions they may have and etc. I also like organization. Not that this group is overly disorganized, but I always do like to be there if there needs to be :) And I do like to keep the threads neat.

What do you think you can bring to the group?
Excitement and new ideas. My mind is constantly working on new ideas to improve things

How many times have you been a moderator? Be honest^^
Quite a few times. The two largest groups I've handled is the Universes Unite group, and the Selection Role-play

Do you think you can inspire others to role-play and have fun in the group? Why/Why not?
Yes :) I like to keep things exciting and spark up new ideas for the role-play to go. Keeping things interesting is what makes people want to do more!


What changes do you think the group can undergo?
More diverse locations and characters. Maybe introduce power levels or rare species. Also, teachers and more specific classes.

How do you think we can make the group more active apart from friend invites?
An overarching storyline that ties all the characters together and gives the whole school more purpose. Having a ton of individual RPs between characters can get boring after a while.

 Yes, I'm very detailed and i set up plots before I
role-play. i also enjoy collaboration and plot twists.

More threads of every sort.

You set up role-plays
with people that are a longer duration and set up a plot.
