I still have readers emailing/texting me as they find errors (last one was a couple days ago). Yeah, terrible example. But whatevs.
Oh! And I did whip up a 2nd edition, which flows much better, imho, thanks to the constructive criticism of one very generous author, Miss Nicole R. Locker (I owe this girl big time!)
FYI I'm on my phone, so excuse any typos. Hugs all. Ann

Thank goodness we can go back and edit after the fact. When I log onto my dashboard a pop-up appears that says 'What is it now, Tara?'

Have nothing against your approach too -:)

Yeah, minor mistakes. I'd be really ashamed to have major ones, but even minor cause me to eliminate them immediately.
One of the fellow authors mentioned that one of my books contained too much reference in the beginning to the previous book in the series and I thought it was a justified remark, especially since I've noticed some sample downloads on Smash that didn't translate into sales, so I've changed the beginning slightly.
Doesn't interfere with further writing-:)

As for my novels, yep, I am happy to correct typos, etc, but apart from that, they are finished.

I maybe updated a single book 7-10 times during a year. Nothing drastic - I didn't kill the main hero (yet), neither revived anyone, but still... If I'd compare what I'd initially published and what I have now, it won't be quite the same book.
Is it only mine or do your books also have life after death, ahem - rejuvination after publishing?
