Like the new ones.It's sad but true that people behave themselves better on the roads if there is a chance they will be caught, to the point where some municipalities strapped for cash have located a cop car with a dummy in a uniform at certain troublesome spots - and it worked!
And quoting Dan Quayle is too easy. But funny.
Why pop pills or M & M's when there is fine wine to be had instead.
