Miguel Jophiel Rivas | 2 comments Okay people we need to talk about the book of the month "Rebel of the Sands", I'm actually enjoying it, I like a lot, I don't find it vividly romantic, it's freaking action packed and the rebellion isn't focused on our main character. Now tell me, if anybody else is enjoying the book and why??

Martha | 42 comments I looooooove it. I love the mythology that goes along with it. I've never read a book about it before, so it was very unique in my opinion. Such a strong female lead!!!

Holly I enjoyed it, wasn't my favourite book and didn't blow me away but it was a good read (:

Bex (Bexnbookx) (bexnbookx) | 2 comments I enjoyed this book, especially the magical aspect, although I can't wait for the next book to read more about that.

Echo (grovylegirl) | 5 comments I definitely did enjoy it, like a lot of people it didn't blow me away but i really enjoyed it. I'm kind of glad it wasn't that romantic i feel like if it was like it, it would be kind of ruined.

mace (maces) I really liked it, it was action-packed, Amani was a cool and relatable character and the romance wasn't too heavy. The myths and magic were very original in my opinion and I loved the combined Western-Eastern setting :) The only problem that I had with this book was that I was really confused about the Gallan and the folks they're battling against.

Lindy | 4 comments Rebel of the Sands surprised me! I didn't realize it was going to be filled to the brim with magic and myths. It doesn't tell you much in the blurb, but it definitely caught my eye. It was definitely action-packed and the romance was just right, not too much, but it wasn't nonexistent either. I loved the Westernish (yes I know that is not a word) feel too it, actually the whole gunslinger thing was what had me really hooked. There was quite a few twists that completely surprised me! All in all it was a fantastic read and even though it's not my all time favorite book I still loved it.

Aislin Brunt (aislinbrunt) I liked it...what I read of it, which is about half. I've kinda gotten sidetracked by better books in the last couple weeks so I haven't finished it yet, and I likely won't by the end of the month. For now it's on my Not Finished shelf but I'll be revisiting it at some point so it's not in my 'to get rid of' bag yet.

Alex Seath (alexseath) I really enjoyed this book!! I thought that maybe the relationships in the book could have been developed a little more. There was a point when the book skipped ahead 6 weeks in the story and suddenly Jin and Amani were best buds. Would have loved to see more interactions and dialogue between the two... Rather I was kind of left with the thought "well that escalated quickly"

I liked that Amani was the indirect hero in the book! Where Ahmed was depicted as the actual hero and Armani's story is just the sideline. Makes it more believable

Hannah (thenorthernwrites) I liked it, it was an enjoyable read. It does lack the memorable wow factor though so it's going to be lost when I try and recall it in the future.

Okay thank you!!

Yoana Stankova | 3 comments I love this book. It's showing that women can be very brave and strong. I think that it reveals that there mustn't be gender segregation. And we all are equal.
