I saw Dumplin' recently on Netflix. I hadn't read the book. The movie was okay, but it did not meet up to my expectations. I found it to be pretty generic. Has anyone else seen it?
Has anyone heard of the movie "Bird Box"? It just came out on Netflix. It's starring Sandra Bullock. Supposedly it is very good and it resembles "A Quiet Place" a lot. I will watch it soon!
I just watched two movies on netflix that were pretty good. One was called Eight Grade and the other one was called In a Relationship.
You guys have to watch "Border"!!! It's on Netflix. It has subtitles, but it's worth it, even if you're generally not into subtitled movies. Here's a brief synopsis and the trailer if anyone is interested...

I just saw this movie called Booksmart. I recommend it to EVERYONE! It was so funny and so well done..the acting, chemistry between the two main characters, cinematography, storyline, music...I would see it a second time and I don't often say that about movies! It's starring Kaitlyn Dever and Beanie Feldstein. By the way, for those of you who may not know, Beanie Feldstein is Jonah Hill's sister. Interesting little tidbit of information! Here's a little synopsis from IMDB if anyone is interested to know what it's about...
On the eve of their high school graduation, two academic superstars and best friends realize they should have worked less and played more. Determined not to fall short of their peers, the girls try to cram four years of fun into one night.

I just saw "The Joker" not long ago. AMAZING! Best movie I have seen in years. I'd rate it 10/10. I can't think of any negative comments about it. Has anyone else seen it?
