Looking for this book. A man wakes up in a hospital after an accident, I think, I don't remember if he is an actor or not. He has amnesia and there is a woman (can't remember if she is an actress). She wants the publicity she can get from the situation so she claims that she is his girlfriend or a fiancée and he can't remember. She is very catty and nasty. The female lead I believe is his personal assistant. Not sure if this was a series or stand alone.
