Sophie, thank you for the great selection of picks! I went with Oryx and Crake. I really liked it! My response to the story was unexpected. This book really makes you think about how our society's real-life choices could affect our planet and human life down the road. I think we all know that our choices are having a negative impact but seeing one example of what could happen makes it that much more real. Thanks for giving me a reason to read it!

Hey Alyssia!

I ended up finishing forbidden earlier today and I absolutely loved it!!!! There were times I was a little uncomfortable because of the sister brother thing, but I totally did not see that coming at the end! I thought he was going to go for the window :s I was almost crying :p
