ABANDONED. YA book about a girl who always has her camera and has a dark room in her fathers basement and starts having a relationship with the guy who lives in a house on her property, he is older than her.

So I read this book almost twelve years ago, so things are a little fuzzy. I just remember really loving it. Here are the things that I believe I remember about the book.

It is about a teenage girl.

She lives with her father for whatever reason. Mom is not around.

She always has her camera with her and has a dark room in her father's basement. (Could be a different room.)

There is a guy that lives on their property in a small house, I believe he rides a motorcycle. He is not a teenager. She sleeps with this guy at some point, losing her virginity.

I believe the cover is brown and has a picture on the front of a polaroid or just a photo of her with her camera but you can't see her face.
