Please correct the number of pages

could you please correct the number of pages for this version (0141192496) of Charles Dickens' Oliver Twist from 455 to 608.

WorldCat reports 553 pages for this ISBN. WorldCat tends to be a more reliable source for page counts than Amazon or Book Depository. That said, book-in-hand is most reliable of all. :-) If you have access to a copy of this edition, could you see what's on pages 554 to 608?

There are 554 pages of the story including notes. However the introduction as well as the acknowledgements are missing, which are 54 pages long, which would be altogether the very 608. I think those should be included, if you usually consider them.

Where are the introduction and acknowledgements? Are they on unnumbered (or roman-numerated) pages preceding the story, or on numbered (or unnumbered) pages following it? We would count them for page count in the latter case, but not in the former. (Because no one should need a calculator to figure out what page they are on for status updates.)
