I think you made a mistake here.
Unless you included G because it's not all of the above, it's all but F, but then why didn't you include it in I. Anyway, if H means
A, B, C, D, E, my final answer is H.
Logically, I think that would work. In other words - Option H is everything but F, and cannot, therefore, also be everything (G). So Option H would be A through E. It's just a confusing way to state that.
