Maggie ends up going alone, again, to see the suspected killer. Her fault or the writer's?

I think the author has written Maggie to have this characteristic trait, and it bugs me.

I agree, Charlene. She needs to ditch this plot element. It is unrealistic that this woman almost dies in every story.

I agree Jonetta. Kava needs to stop putting Maggie in danger at the end of each book. It's getting old.

I said much the same thing in my review but Kava has read too much Patricia Cornwell and probably Tess Gerritson too.
I hate these so called strong, intelligent women who always put themselves into danger and then have to be rescued by guess what- a man!
