ugh, and another apology

I'm so so sorry guys, I took this to camp with me a realized....I HAD NO PHONE!! We had completely NO reception at the campsite. I had to go to the pool area in order to even receive texts and I still couldn't get them to send out.

so I've read almost all of this one (just have to finish up the ending.)

but as you guys come back and comment as you finish the days, I'll definitely be here to chat!!

I just started last star tonight. I'm about 30 pages in and like it so far. Unfortunately the ending was spoiled for me... So hopefully it's still good

I just finished and loved it

I thought the ending flowed well and (view spoiler)[ even though I wasn't expecting it, I didn't find it shocking. I thought it was very well done!! (hide spoiler)]

Yes, the first book is definitely hard to top (it was SO Good)

so...I didn't remember much from the 1st and pretty much anything from the 2nd book

so I think my experience of this book may have been better since I was so far from remembering anything from the first two other than basic plots and a few key people.....

Sam (view spoiler)[he is the one I feel so bad for. He has lost his whole famly and his youth was taken from him so young. Having to deal with the invasion and being taught military tactics at a young age. I am glad that he has Ben in the end to take care of him though. (hide spoiler)]

Ben (view spoiler)[he is so great that he will be there for everyone in the end. I really liked his character. (hide spoiler)]

I really liked this book. It was a fun series and I think it ended pretty well. Not everyone will like the ending, but I think it was necessary.
