My book is under the wrong author

My latest book "The Failure of Governance in Bell, California: Big-Time Corruption in a Small Town" is currently under the wrong author profile. I don't know who originally added the book, but I can't add it to my profile because of this other author has already added it to the system. How can I get this added to my profile and removed from his? Thanks!

Book moved to your profile. Looks like an auto-import; they cause a lot of mistakes but not usually that big a one on names.

I also have a book listed with the wrong author (and wrong cover). Jump Start Sass (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...) was actually written by Hugo and myself, not Stuart. The book was announced in 2015 with Stuart as co-author (and the cover shown) — but it was released earlier this year, with me replacing Stuart, and a new cover design.
