This folder holds the same purpose that of the other RP folder. Anybody may create RP threads in this folder, or in the other. It does not matter. This folder will make it easier to find other RP's, since they are sperated and not all bunched together. Whosoever has a thread they lost (And has not been untouched long enough for dead RP's), should remember what folder they created it in, and look in that folder, instead of just looking in one folder altogether with hundreds of threads, which would make it harder to find.
