Kazen

Bold goals are unclaimed goals.

I'm removing finished goals - it's so fun to watch the number of tasks dwindle! Bwahaha. If you're not sure if you've finished two books have a look at the spreadsheet or ask :)

Labor 1A ◈ Read a book that's title starts with S - Margaret DONE!
Labor 1B ◈ Read a book that's main setting is on the water - Caly
Labor 1D ◈ Read a book where someone is under someone's spell - Rose DONE!

Labor 2B ◈ Read a book from a quartet (4 book series) - Ella
Labor 2E ◈ Read a book with a gold object on the cover

Labor 3 - COMPLETE!

Labor 4A ◈ Read a book with a house on the cover - Tammie
Labor 4E ◈ Read a mystery book - Caly

Labor 5E ◈ Read a book where a main character is a thief - Pragya

Labor 6D ◈ Read a book with a topiary in it - Lory

Labor 7 - COMPLETE!

Labor 8A ◈ Read a book with a skeleton on the cover - Ray
Labor 8B ◈ Read a book that's cover is at least 3/4ths yellow - Bethany

Labor 9A ◈ Read a book where someone works at a non-profit - Tammie
Labor 9B ◈ Read a book with a party decoration on the cover
Labor 9E ◈ Read a book with a medal or trophy on the cover

Labor 10A ◈ Read a book where the main character is a werewolf
Labor 10B ◈ Read a book where the main character is a vampire - Bethany
Labor 10E ◈ Read a book with 3 parts in it - Rose

Labor 11A ◈ Read a book set in England - Kazen

Labor 12A ◈ Read a book that is 300 - 400 pages - Karin DONE!
Labor 12E ◈ Read an inspirational book (note: it does not have to be religious. If the book inspires you to do something, say, or learn more about a topic, it can count)

Bonus Labors

If you have completed at least two books for the main labors you can work on bonus labors. They are a little less pointsy, though, so I'll put them under a spoiler.

(view spoiler)

message 4224: by prag ♻ (new)

prag ♻ (janayanation) I'm reading The Kiss of Deception and it doesn't seem to fit in any labor, I'm really hoping it will turn out to have three parts. The protagonist does steal two (very valuable) books from the Royal Scholar, but I doubt that will count for 5E......Kazen? She's also 'under the spell' of an assassin out to kill her (she's falling in love with him lol) It doesn't have a topiary either :(

Let's see... the protagonist (a main character) steals something (is a thief). The task is "Read a book where a main character is a thief"... sounds good to me! :)

"In the bonus labor ◈ Read a book the characters dance the book will work if the characters dance at any point, right? "

Yup! It would be unreasonable to expect people to dance for the whole book, methinks. ;)

Hmmm, this is tough. Dog shelter would be easy, as I've never heard of a for-profit shelter. But kennels are places where people house their pets while they're away for a fee... not exactly a non-profit. :/ If the non-profit-ness of the kennel is backed up in the story (we only collect enough fees to cover costs and also house animals for adoption, etc etc whatever) it could work.
