Yes, Yannic the jailor is a main character (sort of?) this can definitely work for card #3"
No worries!
As long as Yannic has a speaking part he counts so we're all set to go with a new card, woo!

These higher number books are hard to get and awesome - we can keep them in the bank and use them for the next level if not this..."
I'll go ahead and read #9...it's short...should finish today or tomorrow. Will keep eye on other challenges just in case it could work for that as well.
I still have a #5 audio read going.

Not sure it's clear what we read for this challenge?

Each of those words in a book :(

So use it for the letter L and I will start "The Scorch Trials" for the letter N.

I know we were trying to wait to level during a boss fight...but still no news on the front so maybe we should just play on.

I agree and I'm totally fine with moving on!

I'm with Ray; let's slay that monster and not wait around for a boss fight we thought was gonna happen days ago.

Gathering Blue by Lois Lowry
10/21
240 Pages
Looks like all the triangle letters this contains are currently claimed. Bank it!

I'm fine with throwing this one back. If you like I can word-search the TA too.

ETA: Or T for series.

Finished!

Use for Letter L in triangle - Main character is Lindsay
I don't totally understand how we get the most points for this challenge but I am up for whatever the group decides is best..

Dewey's kills me - I want to do it, I really do, but it starts at 9pm here. I managed it once but starting off with an all nighter sucks :/
Ever since then I've told myself that I can join late, but it's such a disconnect when everyone's like, "Oh wow, this is getting hard!" at Hour 8, right when I'm waking up :P I'll be cheering all of you guys on, though!

Yeaaaa! :)

Series books rock! I'll put this down for forest at the moment with a note that it also counts for mountains. Read on, read on! :)

Cha-ching :)
eta: I've figured out a way to rearrange the △ so we can use this book, yea! Put it in for G, moved the G book to T :)

It sounds like we're in agreement - a monster needs slaying! Card 3 can go back to the fish pond, too. :P Here we go!

pgs 353
10/21
#1 in Lord of White Hell series
I'll need to catch up with the thread to figure out anything else it fits in with

I'm not doing all of it, by far. I am just going for reading more than normally I might.
CARD 1
Nick the Necromancer finally has his huge pile of bones. He starts trying to cast spells but they keep fizzling. Trying again to avoid having an angry necromancer on the loose, you suggest that maybe his antique hour glass might be a few grains short of an accurate time piece. You offer to make him a brand new clock for timing his spells, even though you are starting to wonder at the wisdom of having a somewhat inept necromancer working magic in your town.
Tasks:
•Read a book first published in January.
•Read a book first published in February.
•Read a book first published in March.
•Read a book first published in April.
•Read a book first published in May.
•Read a book first published in June.
•Read a book first published in July.
•Read a book first published in September.
•Read a book first published in October.
•Read a book first published in November.
•Read a book first published in December.
Rewards:
•12 Experience
•1 Damage Potion

This is a sane and doable plan, I like :D
↑ little miss all or nothing ;)

which means it's fine with 1 of each molecule...
which means it was already balanced. *LOL*

Yeah, if I'm pushing it, I might get 18 hours. 8 is significantly more likely. Honestly it will be like all of my airplane days, minus layovers and other people..

Shouldn't You Be In School? (All the Wrong Questions #3) by Lemony Snicket
272 pgs
21Oct
A CDEFGH JKLM OPQ ST
working on where it will fit....

Bethany - "R" - Even White Trash Zombies Get the Blues (White Trash Zombie, #2) - Ben Roth
Ray - "A" - Shouldn't You Be In School? - series name
Karin - "E" - The Book That Matters Most: A Novel - Emma
I read through the previews for these two books on GR and found Roth and Emma. :)
"I" seems to be the hardest... There's "If I Stay" and "Clean Sweep (Innkeeper Chronicles #1)" on the TA shelf though.

•Read a book with EAST in the title or text.
•Read a book with WEST in the title or text.
•Read a book with SOUTH in the title or text.
