It's not my favorite urban fantasy series, but it rates pretty consistently 3/5 stars for me, which is good enough to pick up another one every once in a while! Plus so many of my friends have read it, and it's nice to have common reading background and references!
(Ray does Jedi handwaving motion.) This is not the book you're looking for. (More handwaving.) But there is another. The Kill Order is book #4 and pretty good. #5 is pointless and adds nothing/not much. Both are prequels.

It's from the Zeroes series. I have the first book but haven't read it yet. Looks interesting but 546 pages is a lot for me to think about. :/ B gave it 4 stars though!Pragya wrote: "Bethany wrote: "Oh gosh! And I can read Swarm by Scott Westerfeld if we still need more
Huh. I've read his pretties series but haven't heard of this. Must check it out!"

Woot!
I'm going to put you down for E (that letter will be a little harder to get, methinks) and the rest we can figure out as books are finished :)

I feel like I missed the Pratchett train - if I found Discworld in middle or high school I'm sure I would have liked it, but now I just can't get into it. :/

The only Triangle books I could think of were non-fiction about the Triangle fire... this is much better. ;)
Evening all. *wavesI am over 60% done with my current book and will certainly finish tomorrow.
I would really like to read
next but that would probably only work for the letters T, A, or N (character names) so if I could possibly claim one of those what would be great. If not I can choose another book or read it and hope it works for a future card. Just let me know. Thanks

Wow, you're on a roll!
Bethany wrote: "Can't decide what to read next. Send help. :P"It's a long shot, but would you happen to have a #9 in a series? I'm hoping to finish my 500 ratings book sometime today (11 am now) so that will be at least one new card....

Hm, not that I know of. I've got a 5, a 7, and a 10 that are next in line, but no 9s.
Technically I could read Eric, which is #9 in Discworld, but it's one of the sub-storylines that I'm less into. Meh...
Then don't read it, no worries! Once I take care of some work stuff I'll get reading (and hopefully finishing) my current book and we can get a new card :)
Well, I've started Throne of Glass, because I need it for my Novel Role-Playing Game. It will at least work for the T in triangle!
Do we need a #9 in a series? I could read one of those, but it will probably not be until next week. I also have #10-20 if needed. I'm going away on my first vacation with my boyfriend!!! I have about 2.5 hours left of my current book.

Have fun! If you do want to read a #9, we can always use it if we get to level 10 of our weapon!
We will need a #9 for this level, so if you'd like to read it it's yours. I would think that if you're going on vacation with your boyfriend you may not be spending all your time reading, though! ;)
Yeah, I wouldn't get to it until Monday...but as a backup I'm available. Many other things planned this weekend, I'm very excited. Nearly done with my other book, which I should finish very soon.
I actually downloaded one of those too. Looks very interesting.Kazen wrote: "The only Triangle books I could think of were non-fiction about the Triangle fire... this is much better. ;) "
If we take Pragya's Dark Triumph from the bank and put it on Card 3 for Y (Yannic, the jailor, as listed in the character list in the first pages of the book), and then when she finishes put Caly's A Year on Ladybug Farm in the L of triangle (Ladybug Farm is the series name), then they will both get used and we'll get a new card sooner! :D
Pragya - could you double check and make sure Dark Triumph is still on your shelf? It used to be there but I don't see it now. It may be a spreadsheet or GR problem....
Lory's written down for #9 but read her comments below. :)Tammie wrote: "I can read #9 if no one else has it. Let me know..."

Wish I had more time to read but life has been crazy this week..
Tammie wrote: "I can read #9 if no one else has it. Let me know..."These higher number books are hard to get and awesome - we can keep them in the bank and use them for the next level if not this one. :)

Fixed- sorry!
Yes, Yannic the jailor is a main character (sort of?) this can definitely work for card #3

I'll check it out, but why is #4 a prequel to #1...? Is #5 before or after?
