Bot Changes

I have noticed a number of "Acting Edition" plays (such as boom) where a bot has added the actual words "Acting Edition" to the title of the work because, I assume, the book is sold on Amazon with the words in the title of the listing. The change was buried in a batch change by the bot which likely held a lot of valuable data so I chose not to flag as I wasn't sure of the policies regarding such sweeping changes or the protocol on making those changes. I'm happy to just change the title back, but wasn't sure if another bot sweep would change it again?

I think a "dealing with bot changes" blurb would be helpful in the librarians manual!
