I am looking for a book where the heroine has arranged to marry a friend but then when she arrives she discovers that the hero has sent him away. He wants to marry her to claim what once belonged to his family. And she needs the money from their marriage in order to help her sister who is suffering from i believe liver damage... she also mentions in the story that her and her sister lived with her grandfather and he was abusive.. Thank a bunch in advance
