I can't seem to get this book in my author dashboard as one I wrote because I accidentally took out the space that was put in my name, thinking it was only a typo, and now I can't seem to edit it back.

Moved the book back to your profile. The extra space is indeed the way Goodreads separates authors with the same name.

Do you have the full isbn13 for The Lies We Tell?
The isbn13 was put in the isbn10 field, so it is missing the last three digits.
