Leslie: My Name Is Evil

This is based, VERY loosely, on the life of Leslie Van Houten and her role in the Manson murders. It's visually quite arresting, in a cartoony way, and the story moves right along, but in the effort to make everything tie up neatly, they made changes that left the story quite inaccurate. I did like the way they inserted the Boyish Juror as a contrast to everything Leslie must have once wanted for herself, in her pre-Family days. On the other hand, do they really expect me to believe that this jury is sequestered in any meaningful way when the Boyish Juror is eating dinner with his family and arguing the facts of the case with them every night???
