I may be in the minority here...but I didn't like Cinder much..so I'm going with The Darkest Minds

As a whole I preferred the Lunar Chronicles series, but for first books Darkest Minds was more enjoyable.

Oh, this is so difficult because I loved both series. I fell in love with Melissa Meyer's writing, but as first book in the series I vote the Darkest Minds.
I mean, the Lunar Chronicles series was fantastic, but for me it picked up with Scarlet.
