I love me some tsunderes!!! Yup yup yup! I am actually working on Yuri Plisetsky's face claim, and I plan on having him up tonight, but after and maybe even at the same time I will work on a meister. Is there any specific way you want them to be? What type of person will Takuma react best to? Is he the gays or is he the straights?? Or is he a candy-cane, I must know these things.

(ps, candy-cane refers to bisexual, as I am a candy-cane)

Kiowa Surtully is a small, shy girl with a contradicting personality. She is a versitile meister, so she can wield most weapons. due to her very.... selective wavelengths, she requires a partner with a strong personality, someone who is supporting and has a strong sense speaking there mind. Someone who can overcome Kiowa's self consciousness.

what you get in return is a quiet girl who's shy and self conscious. However, her urge to fix her wrongs makes a very strong willed, and tough person on the inside. She's afraid to discover more flaws about herself, due to a difficult past.

skill wise, Kiowa has a very strong version of soul perception, due to her missmatched eyes. Her yellow eye is connected to her soul wavelength, which causes Kiowa to see the souls of others without much effort. Apparent to some teachers, Kiowa could eventually see past Witch's 'Soul Protect'.

Kiowa is also an excellent fighter by nature, due to previous years of training. She's also a student of physical wavelength combat, or the combat art of wavelength based attacks.

his personality, yah, it would match her's. his bold personality would counter her quietness. But I think his weapon mode would be to big for Kiowa, despite her versatile nature. But tbh I can look past that side of him, and say that he could be a good partner.

Well, Zephyr isn't really like that. And Torquin annoys on his own, against Zephyr's will. But Zephyr would probably order him to go meet his new partner, and while Torquin would protest, he listens to Zephyr, unlike anyone else.

Well, Torquin goes through numerous partners because they get annoyed with him or he just doesn't like them. So he's sorta assigned partners now. They are never official until it's seen that they can put up with each other anyway.

Hiya!! I've got a meister in need of a weapon!

Rui Odeka is a bright and charming girl with a perplexing personality. Rui always comes off smiling and full of energy, and is often to loud for her own good.

Rui has a set of strong soul wavelengths, in which she requires someone with the same- or even stronger wavelengths. Since her wavelengths are so strong by nature, she is apparently suppose to be one of the strongest in her class ( there are many rumors that she's kicked some team's butts without a weapon. )

What you get is a hardworking girl who is loyal to her to be partner, and a good friend. Due to an issue in the past, Rui often works to improve herself to protect those she loves and knows. While this sounds like a good thing, sometime she pushes herself past unknown breaking points.

Rui also has experience with hand-to-hand direct wavelength combat, and is a pure brute when it comes to fighting.

Kuro has soft snowy white hair that hangs at around his mid shoulder. You cannot tell it is mainly because his hood is pulled up to his ears though. Kuro's eyes are striking blood red, his skin an alabaster pale. He is quite thin, tall and gangly. Kuro usually wears a blue hoodie with a black parka like trim around the edges. He wears jeans and black boots.

Kuro is quite like a cat. He is stealthy, fast, and most of all, Lazy. Kuro sleeps a lot, most of the day in fact. When Kuro sleeps, he can still hear everything around him, which is why he understands everything going on in class despite him being asleep. He is quite laid back, but can sense danger. When he senses danger, Kuro remains alert, his senses heightened. Kuro is also afraid to get too close to people because of what happened to his former best friend Chika. He fears her death was his fault and doesn't want it to happen again.

Kuro was born to a weapon and meister pair parents, Arabelle and Kyo Ash. His grandmother was a witch, and his mother was half witch. SOme of her power was transferred to Kuro, enabling him to use that power to turn into a cat. Even though he was already a weapon. Finding out he was a weapon was quite a surprise. He had been standing in the kitchen counter, reaching for a box of pocky, when he slipped and fell, his leg turned into a sword, then curved into a scythe, stabbing into the tile floor of the kitchen. His mother, the meister, was proud, but outraged at the kitchen floor, his father, beaming with joy and excitement for his son, a weapon like him. His father began training him, his mother training him as well, for the witch part of him. They were a happy family, Kuro meeting what he thought was going to be his future meister Chika Sugi. He and Chika were great friends, they would often joke about getting married to each other, despite being eleven. They trained for two years, then preparing to go to the DWMA. On the night that they would leave, their village was attacked. Kuro's parents couldn't fight, they were too old, and tried to get Kuro to escape with them. They ended up escaping, Kuro and Chika the only ones remaining, ready to fight the witch. The fight was going smoothly, Kuro and Chika thought they were winning, until one of the witches got ahold of Kuro and held him, the other one holding Chika. The witch snapped Chika's kneck, making Kuro watch. Everything was a blur after that. His parents came back, finding Kuro sobbing over the corpse of Chika. Years passed, Kuro attending the DWMA. He acted as if nothing happened, and to this day, no one knows.

• ANTISOCIAL/QUIET

Yoite in one word is antisocial, meaning that, he does not like being in the company of others and has a hard time communicating with people; another fitting term would be reclusive. People frighten him. They are so fragile, their bones so easy to snap and the slightest amount of pressure from a blade able to rip through their flesh. In simpler terms, he is afraid of hurting people. He has done it so many times already that at this point he would rather let himself die than see someone harmed because of him. To keep people from getting hurt, he is reclusive and stays away from this, and due to those actions he is seen as antisocial. While it is an accurate observation, it is far more complicated than that. He yearns deeply to be close to people and to feel love, but he has forgotten how to interact with people, not to mention his fear of hurting others. This added to his lack of social contact since he was young equals to a very quiet, antisocial little cinnamon roll.

PARANOID/ANXIOUS

Due to his fear of hurting others and the place he currently lives, Yoite has not only become antisocial, but he has also developed a severe form of anxiety. He already has a fear of hurting people, but due to this, to how he has hurt people in the past and how he will physically separate himself from others, he now has a specific fear of being touched. This specific fear is called haphephobia. It also refers to him being afraid of touching another. As if by touching them he may harm them instantly. If someone touches him, they will somehow harm themselves because of him. If they touch him, they will somehow know of what he is done. Touching him would be an act of kindness to someone as devastatingly lonely as him, and he does not deserve that for what he has done. If someone does touch him, he has a scary reaction that he never really has otherwise. If touched purposely and by a flat palm, he will yell at the person to get away, often jerking himself away instead of pushing them. After such an interaction, it is certain that he will have a bad panic attack. A brush of the arm does not do this, though it does give him a rush of adrenaline and he often finds himself close to a panic attack in those situations. This is only avoided due to a special schedule of school that both keeps him in moderately empty halls and keeps him from being in a classroom with too many other people. Unfortunately, it is impossible for him to have a meister.

GENTLE

Despite his crippling haphephobia, whenever he does touch something, he is extremely gentle. As mentioned several times before, he is terrified of harming people, but this also applies with other things in the world. While not nearly as severe as with other people, he takes special care to be very gentle when handling things. Whatever he touches, he holds gingerly, with only the tips of his fingers. This is the main reason why he loves water. With water, there is no way to be gentle or rough, and nothing can truly hurt it. Though there are living things in water, though they interact, water is it's own eternal being, and it fascinates and comforts him. Due to this, the best place to put him during a panic attack is in a pool, or pond of some sort.

OBSERVANT/INTELLIGENT

Yoite takes special care to do many things a normal person would have no trouble with. But he wonders why he is so different from everyone else, why he needs to to take care when others just go about their daily lives. And so, he watches. He observes those around him, their behaviors and their expressions. While he refuses to be in populated areas, whenever he can get a glimpse at a small group of students, he studies them in hopes of gathering what social information he can. Of course, he often just makes them uncomfortable, though he has not yet learned that that is why they walk away.

{History:}
• Yoite, born neither a boy nor a girl as intersex, was never accepted by his parents. Both hyper-religious, they thought that his deformity was the work of a demon, or even the devil himself. After refusing to believe that he had been "messed up" in his mother's stomach, they began to think that he was still possessed by the demon that did this to him. They refused to feed him, hoping to drive the demon out of him. However, after a few years of letting him live in the background, and ignoring his presence entirely, they found that he was not dead but instead somehow still growing. Disgusted and horrified, they beat him until he could no longer move—not that he had been moving much in the first place. Then they went to where he slept in a cupboard and found a small stash of stale, moldy food. Yoite watched from the floor, almost begging them to either let him go or kill him. Instead, they turned toward him, claiming that they "wanted their child back". Even after all this time, they still thought that Yoite's body was possessed.

The fear on his face was undeniable. That is when he started fighting.

The body of a malnourished nine year old was not much against two grown people. Despite his kicking and screaming, his father held him still as his mother turned away to remove the metal grates on the stove and then turn on the flame. He doesn't remember well, but he believes she said something about returning him to hell through the fire or some other nonsense. And then she grabbed his wrists and shoved his fingers into the flame. It didn't take long for his wails of agony to reach the neighbors. The police arrived shortly after and it took only a few days of their insane babble get them thrown in a looney-bin. But where did he go? He was shoved, unwanted, into an orphanage. No one wanted him. No one did. Except a man in traditional Japanese clothes and a terrifyingly calming grin. At this point, Yoite just wanted to stop existing. To leave the world and to never have lived in it would be the best way to give those that had been around him something better to do with their lives. His parents could've had the girl they always wanted and he would never be born to ruin their lives. The man who arrived offered him a chance to stop existing. And with no expression and no thoughts other than, "Please," in his head, he accepted.

The man, a warlock by the alias of Harlock, took him under his wing when he was ten. By the use of magic, Harlock turned him into a weapon. Not just any weapon though, but one with the power to also use his "shooting" powers without ever transforming. He did not flourish as one would say, but he did grow some. His frame stretched into that of a tall, skinny young man. He came to look up to the man and did whatever he was told to do. Unfortunately, all that man asked of him was to kill. Despite how it always brought pain to him, both emotionally and physically (as is the price of such power), he did as he was told. He always did. Until he didn't. When he was around what he thinks is seventeen, he was brought away from the warlock by a meister working for the DWMA. They gave him over to the DWMA with special situations for his mental state and such. He has only been at the DWMA for a short time, and he still disturbs all of the students. But who knows what might happen.

• He was turned into a weapon using magic. The price is that whenever he shoots at someone/something—as he is a gun of sorts—he ends up feeling whatever sort of pain he distributes. This is the same even if he turns into a gun. Harlock was found because he was a radical crime boss, one who was creating kishins to use as "weapons"—basically a kishin army. Meisters and death scythes and such were sent to destroy his coo once the DWMA caught wind of it, and as they destroyed it, they found Yoite. Yoite has only been at the DWMA for maybe a month.
