At the moment I am only being allowed to edit metadata, am I missing something or is there a way I can do so that i can fulfill requests?
Thanks
Milo

Thanks very much, have actually already applied to be one, so I am just waiting. Are you a librarian, and if so how long did it take?
Thanks

lethe | 16359 comments It usually takes about one to two weeks. If you don't hear anything, your application has not been approved.

What kind of things do you need to say to get in, as I have a couple of books that have incorrect details

We are not staff and don't know what criteria are used. But you should see your application as a real job application, so motivate why you want to be a librarian and mention appropriate skills. If you have been rejected, you can always send in a new application form.

But it's not necessary to become a librarian if you just have a few books that need correcting. You can start a thread here and give a link to the books, with the correct details.

If you click on 'here' and you get the application form, you can apply again.

But only apply if you really want to become a librarian, and if you are prepared to read the librarian manual before doing any edits.
