SOLVED. Harlequin Romance where heroine thinks shes dying so she wants hero to care for their child. Hero has new fiance. I believe they are divorced. [s]

I believe this was a Harlequin romance but i could be wrong. The heroine has an illness where she thinks she doesnt have much time left. She goes to the hero so he can get to know his child better because she wants him to be the one to have their child when she dies. (I dont remember if the hero knew they had a child and they were sharing custody or if he had just found out) i do think they were divorced though. The hero gets mad when she comes back into his life because hes moved on and has a new fiance hes about to marry. He doesnt know about her illness so hes suspicion of her motives for coming back and doesnt trust her. He later does find out and is nicer to her.
If anyone can help me remember the title and author of this story i would really appreciate it. Thanks

Did the hero and the fiance get married and then the fiance told him to go after his exwife the morning after their wedding?

Hi, I read it a while back cant remember when exactly. I have a bad memory. It was in the present time you know 21st century lol. And no sadly i cant remember the cover

Hello, i really dont know. I only really remember little pieces of the story. So i cant remember if he did end up marrying the fiance or not. Sorry im not much help i have a bad memory
