Thank you Ashwag!! I just got back from the chiropractor a couple minutes ago and he adjusted my neck, back, and shoulders and I already feel so much better! I have to go in twice a week for a few months but even just one visit helped so much (:

Ughhhh guys, I've been going to the chiropractor for like a week now, and he just found that I tore my rotator cuff and told me I need to stop reading in bed -_- this sucks, I have so many shoulder and neck problems it's crazy
