As her full name states, she wears a mix of only three colors. Her hair is half brown, half pink and has streaks of white in it. Her left eye is brown and her right is pink. This never stays though. They alternate sides at times, and when she gets scared, her eyes turn silver. Neo wears brown pants with a tight black shirt and a white and pink jacket thing on top of it. She wears black and white beads, black gloves, and white boots with black buttons. She can change her eyes multiple colors and can also change her appearance easily. Neo is very short to. ♘If a weapon, appearance
Neo isn’t a weapon but she is like Crona. Her weapon is like Ragnarok as a weapon in a way. She can make it appear then fight with it.
Her weapon is an umbrella that is used as a shield for protection. (It can be used to hit someone back if necessary.) The shaft of the umbrella serves at the sheath for a long cylindrical blade, which can be drawn out by the umbrella's curved handle.

She wears as said above, an outfit with the colors, brown, white, pink.
✼-Eye & Hair Color-
E: She can change them to any color but when Neo is scared they become silver.
H: Half brown and pink with white streaks.

Neo literally doesn’t talk. To talk to her she’ll text. She is a good people person because she can read their expressions, and easily know what they want. Neo prides herself in being, agile and flexible. She can easily take down someone while still looking dainty. She loves ice cream. Most people find her creepy and a select few don’t. She is excellent at dodging attacks also. Has an evil side sometimes.

Neo doesn’t remember much about her history, nor does she talk about it (lol), but people have decided that she was in the same situation as Crona and has black blood. How else would she be able to use her own weapon? Everyone thought. Neo does remember being a high class assassin. She was taken in by Lord Death and will sometimes show her evil side at times.

Rei has a warm personality. Though, she is incredibly serious. Many students go to her for advice and she is always happy to give it out. In battle she would do anything to keep her partner alive even if it means to sacrifice herself. She is emotional but will never let them get in the way of something. When her old partner was killed she couldn’t bare it but kept going. She is extremely loving towards her partner and anyone else. Rei is loved by many students in the school and would never leave anyone out. She would put a bully in his place though. Rei is very strong even without her weapon but wouldn’t hurt someone for the fun of it. She is known to be fearless also. Rei loves her partner very much.

Rei had a loving family and decided to become a meister. She had the perfect weapon but one day they were given a mission. The two got ambushed by witches and fought their best. But there were too many and Rei wasn’t experienced enough. By the time she was almost killed, her weapon changed into human form and took the attack. “Run!” He screamed at her. She couldn’t leave him. That sudden moment was when Rei felt fear. She told him to turn into a weapon, grabbed him and ran. By the time they got to the DWMA it was too late. She cried for so long. But she knew he wouldn’t want her to be sad. She put it in the past and would visit his grave and mourn from time to time. But she won’t let it affect her anymore. Rei trained as hard as she could and became known as one of the strongest in the DWMA. Because of the incident she became even more fearless. She won’t let his memory die out.
