Lynn (lynnali) | 524 comments I just finished Poirot and Me. So not a cozy as such, but definitely in the cozy-adjacent genre. It was excellent! And if you enjoyed the ITV/A&E series, it's well worth a read for another visit with a favorite friend.

Am finally finishing Great American Short Stories: Barnes & Noble Signature Edition this weekend. I've been reading one or two between books throughout the year. Most stories in this collection were new to me, while some I had read many times before.

I love Emily Gravett's books! I haven't seen Cyril and Pat yet, but I have read her others. Especially liked The Rabbit Problem.

Cindy (cindypp) | 168 comments I recently read Jar of Hearts by Jennifer Hillier and it was fantastic. I am not usually one to pick up a psychological thriller, but I really liked this one. To be honest, I think it's the first of that genre that I have liked. I had a patron of mine read it and she went ahead and read her other 3 books and told me those three are just as good.

I like everything of Jules Verne's I've read except this one. In fact, Around the World in 80 Days is my favorite book but I didn't enjoy Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea. I kept wondering if he was paid by the word.
