6-7th years are allowed to get side jobs in Hogsmeade Village, remember once you apply for the job to be active there as well as the school, but also remember to attend classes on time or points will be taken form your house.
Also in the Other section of your character profile post their Occupation.
Remember when filling out name also include the position desired for the store (Cashier, bartender, server, etc.....)
