What does Fx3 mean? (It's a restaurant in Queensbury, near Glens Falls.)

Here in Queensbury, we have a health food restaurant which calls itself: Fx3.

What does Fx3 mean? I'm told it means: "Fit Food Fast", but I don't get the connection.

I sent them an online message asking what "Fx3" means but the only answer I got was: "Fx3 stands for Fit Food Fast."

Can anyone figure this out?

PS-At the following page (which looks like a forum) they make a reference to Fx3 but it's about Corvette cars and it says:

"FX3 = adjustable suspension"
"FX3 was only the adjustable shocks available on base and in some years the perf suspensions."

Can someone please explain?
