Help with getting print + kindle on same page

Hi,
Could someone please help me get the listings for both print and kindle editions of my book "Picture It: Homeopathy" on one page? Right now, they're on 2 separate pages below:

I'm assuming that after they're combined onto one description page, that the ratings would be combined as well from the 2 separate editions?

Thanks Paula! Just one question: I noticed my total ratings listed under "Aarti Patel's Stats" jumped to 27, but when I add up the ratings for each of my books on my author page they only add up to 21. I'm assuming that the extra count has come from the combined editions of Picture It: Homeopathy (kindle + print). But when I click on the book's description page, the rating count hasn't changed from the 14 it used to be. Is that part still being fixed?
