I'm almost done with this section, and nothing of note seems to have happened. I'm kind of bored. My previous review/rating said as much.

I know some of the stuff coming up, and I'm eager to get to it. Instead it's young romance and taxes. *sigh*

Finally. Things are finally picking up at the end of this section. I wonder who sent the invaders.

Agree that this section was really boring until the end. Rand seems to have gotten a major power upgrade with Callandor.

I am really intrigued by the fact that women tend to get over their crush so fast in the world, because Egwene and Rand were a pair till the last book, but as soon as Egwene saw Gallad she went all moon eyed and quickly started loving Rand as brother vow. Also Nyaneve gives tips to Elayne regarding speaking her mind out.

I too can't remember anything significant happening in this section except the fact that trollocs attack the stone and leave many people dead.

But how did so many trollocs manage to get entry directly into the stone ?
