Author Program requested- no repsonse

I have tried to have my account updated to a Goodreads Author on four separate occasions and have not been updated or received any correspondence as to why.

Author name: AC Netzel
Book: The Casual Rule
Release Date: May 15, 2014.

But the book doesn't contain ISBN, publisher, cover or any other info, therefor GR might be reluctant in giving you the status. That is why Deon is asking you for more details.

I couldn't possibly know as I am a librarian, not GR staff. Is there a ready cover or ISBN/ASIN number attached to it already?

No ISBN attached, the cover is not complete.

Self-published books with a future publication date are often not sufficient to be approved for the Goodreads Author program. One option is to wait until your book has been published, and then re-applying for Goodreads Author status.

Alternately, you may wish to use the Contact Us link on the Help page. Librarians have no control over granting Goodreads Author status.
