How long?

So how long after flagging some reviews does it take them to be looked at?

So (in a nutshell) I had tried to do business with a company providing to find reviewers (not pay for them but help me find them) a platform review and some marketing mock-ups. After a lot of failed deadlines, and then the fact they stopped responding to emails, IM's and even phone calls, I felt like I had no choice but to dispute the charge on my credit card.

Well that got their attention, but in a bad way. If you look at the book on the 13th a slew of new accounts were created (and a few older ones) that all pretty much gave the same 1 star review and comments. Strictly as retaliation for me taking my money back for unperformed services.

I've flagged the reviews already, but was curious if anyone knew how long it took to have them looked at?

I would imagine time will depend on the amount of flags support have to review

This is not a Librarians Group issue, but one for the Contact Us link on the Help page. Librarians can help with issues pertaining to specific book records or most related issues, but have no control over general site functionality or related issues. Closing thread.
