((Ah! Has he activated his magic yet?))
Itzari smiled. "I get the feeling we'll be well matched," she noted, lifting her sword up. The light built up along the tip. She was going to attack with range, try to pin him down quickly with mass.

Jordan looked at her, he had fought a couple of light mages of varying power before so he knew to get close, he started to try and run up to her, trying to think of a way to counter her light magic
She staggered slightly, the edges of her vision blurring. She was finally being affected by his toxin. She swung the blade hastily, a headache suddenly pounding at her head. She didn't want to move her head. Her neck felt very sore.

She rubbed the back of her neck. Strange shadowy tendrils rolled off from beneath a strand of loose hair. For a split second she felt like yes, she was light-headed. But no. She'd mistaken the feeling.
Her hand shot up and light exploded into a pillar at least thirty feet high, shooting up by the second, piercing the clouds nearby. The signal burned brightly, and then sank downwards. Her eyes were dark, almost crazed.
"No... exhilarated," she corrected, slamming the flat of her hand, reinforced with a light too bright to look directly at, right into the edge of his blade. Two forces met, and both held.

"I don't know," Itzari said, seemingly frozen for a moment. She did care about knowing. But now wasn't the time for that. Yunna depended on her fulfilling her part of the team as well. She got down in a stance, the blade extended behind her, ready to swing nearly a full 360 degrees in a swipe. "You did this," she said, her voice seeming to echo with a hundred undertones. "I will end it." She darted forwards. One step. Fast as a meteor -nay, as fast as light. The blade swung. The flat of it struck at his chest.
The skill was masterful. She slowed the blade to a survivable speed mere milliseconds before it struck his ribcage. That was, if he hadn't somehow evaded.

Yudo wasnt gonna let her go that easy, he wanted to find an egg, but he also wanted to eliminate the competition. The clouds darkened and rage, as Yudo unleashed his full power. A bolt of lightning hit him and raced out of his palms, straight to Yunna.

Itzari gently smiled, something eerie about her eyes. They looked like... voids. Again, the hilt itself seemed to change shape on her whim, capturing his blade in hers. He could try to disarm... but not do much else. She released the blade and it held where it was; Itzari walked forwards, alongside the opposite side of the blade, which elongated, becoming a thin wall of solid light. The blade froze in place from where it hit his side, moving up and creating a wall from his left shoulder down his side, pinning him to the forest floor, the end of a wall of light, cemented in place to the forest floor. She raised her hand, summoning... not light, but a void. A darkness. Death.
It was mortifying.
She didn't know.

She didn't know.

Itzari froze frowning. "What, you're giving up?" Her magic faded away as she purposefully disarmed her. "You're not even going to try to fight back?" She hadn't realized. She thought she had been about to shoot one of her homing light orbs.

"No, I wasn't! That's ridiculous," she spat folding her arms. "I must have hit you harder than I thought."

Needless to say, being accused of attempted murder did not sit well with her. "Wait! Come back you idiot! I did not, you- BAH! Go run, you coward!"

"Because- it's a bloody good explanation so a coward won't need to feel like a coward!" She had absolutely no clue... and probably had been slightly influenced by extended exposure to his death magic.

Itzari called about in a lowered voice. "Yunna?" The death mage had pretty much fled, and she was annoyed. "Where are you?"

Yudo entered the cave, in small cautious steps. He didn't know what could be lurking in the depths, but certainly didn't wanna find out. He got deeper into the cavernous cave and suddenly, doubled over , a foul odor was lingering on the air. Smelling strongly of carnage and death. (( hello rock))
Itzari was fine. In fact... she felt full of magic. Weird. "There you are," she said, bursting from the tall dead plants. "How'd it go?"

(( Hi.))

Itzari nodded. "Funny. It doesn't feel like there are many people out here anymore... think we can just walk up and grab a few?" she smirked.

Itzari uncovered it skeptically from the greens. "How are we supposed to carry this?" she raised her eyebrows.
